Corrupt Cultist - Hybrid Art Challenge

The Corrupt Cultist is my response to an art challenge where I was tasked with producing another hybrid character design. Using a random generator, I received the snake and thus decided to create my own human-snake character; more commonly known as a Gorgon. In order to create more originality and bring this character to life; I decided to further develop them as an individual. And thus, I fell upon the idea of portraying them as a corrupt cultist!
